   What you need :     

• ½ medium papaya (5 oz.

/150g) peeled, chopped

• 1 banana

• 1 ½ cup (350ml) coconut

milk, carton

• ½ tsp. ground turmeric

• ½ lime, juice

• 2 tbsp. honey

• 1 scoop (25g) vanilla

protein powder

• 1 cup ice

  What do you need to do :     

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. Divide between 4 glasses and serve immediately.
