   What you need :     

• 3 cups (450g) watermelon, flesh only

• 1–2 celery sticks (depending on preference)

• 1 lime, juice only

  What do you need to do :     

  • Place the watermelon flesh and celery in a juicer and process them. Add in the lime juice, mix well, and serve the juice chilled.
