   What you need :     

• ⅝ cup (150g) quark

• ¼ cup (25g) walnuts, chopped

• ¼ cup (25g) dark chocolate (80%), chopped

• 2 tbsp. pomegranate seeds

• 1 tbsp. shredded coconut

  What do you need to do :     

  • Divide the quark between bowls. Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts, chocolate, pomegranate seeds and coconut.

  • Serve straight away or store in the fridge until required.
