What you need :
• 2 medium bananas, sliced, frozen
• 4 tbsp. vanilla or natural yoghurt
• 1 scoop (25g) vanilla whey or pea protein
• ½ tsp. cinnamon
• berries, to serve
What do you need to do :
Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Divide between two bowls, top with berries and enjoy.
