   What you need :     

• 2 slices bread, toasted

• 1 cup (200g) cottage cheese

• ¼ avocado, sliced

• 1 tomato, sliced

• 1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted

• chili powder

  What do you need to do :     

  • Toast the bread to your liking.

  • Spread the cottage cheese over the toast, top with sliced tomato and avocado. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
